James Bailey brings deep experience in narrative-driven worldbuilding, having led campaigns, creative direction and immersive experiences for clients including Rihanna, Jay-Z, Riot Games, Mercedes-Benz, and Sonos.
As Alicia Keys’ in-house Creative for three years, James supported all of her philanthropic initiatives—including storytelling around Black Lives Matter, COVID-era support for frontline workers, and community-driven campaigns. This work reinforced his skillset and belief that thoughtful design can build connection, amplify community voices, and make urgent information more usable for those who need it most.
