Currently serving as Assistant Director of Development at UCLA’s Office of Scholarships & Student Support Initiatives, Natalie manages a diverse donor portfolio and leads strategic efforts around engagement, retention, and stewardship. Her work has helped secure over $1.2 million in funding, including leading renewal and endowment conversations and crafting personalized donor experiences.

Known for her innovative and creative approach, she has produced compelling storytelling campaigns that center the voices of the communities she serves.
